I have updated the plugin but it is giving me the same country code error, and when I am putting the country code then it is working fine.

I just wanted to know if it is possible to use the phone number without country code at checkout because it will be quite confusing for customers to understand the same.

Okay, will it not work without this webhook key. But it is giving me the same error invalid country code or country code is missing.
