there will obviously be multiple platinum seo meta entries for each post and there is nothing wrong if you see rows with the same post id in the platinumseometa custom table.

I am unable to comprehend what you are trying to say as you seem to be not providing any info and your language is also a bit difficult to comprehend.

Did you read what i commented above? Check your exported file and see whether it has all the data. I cannot comment on your data. and i see you making posts on multiple seo plugin forums here. Not sure what you are upto or trying. If you are trying to see the data on another plugin then it obviously won’t work.

It is a feature request and not an issue.

The export utility exports the whole data. The “Export Platinum SEO Meta Data” exports whatever meta data is available in the custom table _platinumseometa. This includes meta data for all post types. If you exported this data from site 1, you could import this file into site 2. If you are manually altering the data from the exported file, you should take care to ensure that the data you want is there in the exported file before importing it into site 2. The plugin will import whatever is available in the exported file into the _platinumseometa table in site 2.

Have added utilities to export and import platinum seo meta data of post types and platinum seo options (that goes into WordPress options table).

You will have to it manually. and it all depends on the plugin you use or how you do the manual export and import. It is outside the scope of this plugin and I may not be able to guarantee you anything. But if all the posts and pages are the same in site 2 (including the Post IDs) and you are planning to use the same SEO titles, meta description etc., then it should work if you do it right and you are clear about what you are doing.

There isn’t any SEO value in doing it. Not sure what your idea is but many users might not have any use for it. You may off-course integrate your own functions to the plugin. But, sorry there isn’t any plan of introducing it now.

You can write your code in functions.php

You will have to just import the data and not create the table. But I think you are doing it without an understanding of what you are doing. If Site 1 and site 2 have different posts/pages, this cannot be done as the platinum seo meta data stored in that table (wp_platinumseometa) are specific to the posts/pages in site 1.

Only the sitewide settings stored in wordpress wp_options table may be imported to another site.

People who want to noindex paginations do so irrespective of Home, category or archives. Creating a separate option for each of those will make the plugin too unwieldy.

Not that….I told you to turn ON the option “Open Graph Published and Modified Dates:” (Disable Published, Modified Dates for Article). pls read again.

you will have to read through each setting on that page carefully.

The option “Open Graph Published and Modified Dates:” doesn’t disable all the facebook tags.

please read my message again and test this option.

Make sure that you use role manager to assign access privileges to various roles.

Go to Platinum SEO and social Pack -> SEO -> General. Look for this option “Subpages of Home, taxonomies and all archves:” and turn it on. It will add noindex to paginations of home, categories and Archives.

To turn off rel=”next” tag, look for option “Index rel Link:” on the same page and turn it on.

I tested this. The error occurs when the Editor role or any other default role (other than admin) isn’t given access to “Platinum SEO Metabox” in the Role Manager settings. The admin can find this in Platinum SEO and social Pack -> Role Manager submenu on the admin dashboard. He then has to assign privileges for the various roles. So, in your case, the admin has to assign at-least “Platinum SEO Metabox” privilege to the Editor role. This will give the Editor, access to Basic tab of Techblissonline Platinum SEO MetaBox in the Post/Page Editor. To access other tabs, the admin had to assign the necessary privileges. This applies to other roles as well. If he assigns the necessary privileges, then this authorization error will not appear.

But, if the admin does not assign even this basic privilege to “Platinum SEO Metabox”, then there shouldn’t be any error but “Techhblissonline Platinum SEO Meta Box” will not be visible as well. I will ensure that this authorization error isn’t thrown in the next version.
