Nothing was changed there! And you are saying it gets disabled after some time! If that be the case, it cannot be an issue with bad character which wouldn’t get saved at all!

Is there any cron job running that does some work on wp_options table? or is there some plugin that s doing it? It doesn’t happen on my site! May be, try disabling all other plugins and check!

The option is stored in the wp_options table and there is no reason why it should get updated! We haven’t noticed this behavior on our sites and aren’t able to reproduce it! This could only happen if something is happening to your wp_options table!

It is a disable button and it should kept off if you want the settings to display. Switching it ON swill disable Platinum SEO title, meta description and the like….

Bro, if you think that you are going to rank high by listing all your domains in this thread, you will do well to remember that all these links are nofollow and Google doesn’t give you any credit for linking various domains here.

If you really have a problem with the plugin do send me an email so I can take a look. But I am sure that what you are saying isn’t true. lol….

why don’t you remove all other domains and just contact me with the domain that you have a issue…

But you haven’t answered my questions. I cannot comment on any of the sites or the real reasons unless I can check it in person. But, these are some questions you need to answer first.

1) Are you sure you are using Platinum SEO on the site in question as I don’t see any traces of it being used in the source code of the site’s home Page? Is the plugin activated? This question arises because You don’t seem to have a meta description for any of the Posts either on the site in question and the order of meta tags seem to suggest that you aren’t using the plugin on the site or it had been deactivated for the whole site!

2) Have you filled in the meta description in Platinum SEO & Social Pack – SEO – Home – Home Page Meta Description?

3) You seem to be confusing autogenerated description with the Home Page meta description! Autogenerate description is for Posts and Pages and does not apply for the Home page or taxonomies or archive pages. You need to fill in the meta description in the settings field specified in my question 2 above for a home page meta description to be generated.

4) Have you tried disabling all other plugins and enabling this plugin alone to check whether some other plugin is interfering with the generation of description?

5) you can even try changing the theme and check whether description is generated.

This is the Home Page. You need to enter description for Home in Platinum SEO & Social Pack – > SEO -> Home – > Home Page Meta Description.

The autogenerate description is for Posts and Pages and not for Home Page. You should keep it turned on if you want to have a default description autogenerated from the first few lines of your content. But if you enter a meta description for a Post or Page, it will be used as the meta description.

I checked your source code for the shared page and I don’t think you are using Platinum SEO plugin.

the problem is not with the plugin and the issue is not reproducible! Get in touch via email.

Yes, that is how it is tested and it work. Now go to phpmyadmin in site 2 and check table wp_platinumseometa. If it has 82089 rows, then everything has been imported.

Also, check whether the test post (note down the post id) that you are talking about has keywords data in site 1. If it doesn’t have keywords data, then you will not have keywords data for that post id in site 2.

You should check for keywords in the Analysis tab and noindex, nofollow as green in Advanced tab of Platinum SEO Metabox of each Post.

After exporting the file from site 1, did you log into site 2 and imported it or were you importing it back into the same site 1?

These are the steps you should follow.

1) Export the the file from site 1.
2) Log into site 2
3) Import it into site 2
4) Check a sample post for the data i.e. keywords.

the tool works well. If you are still unable to get it done, you should seek professional help for the data import.

where are you looking for the data in site 2?

Where are you checking for the data in site 2? Which country are you from?
