Thank you for pointing out the issue. I am also using Techism theme for my blog and haven’t encountered any slow down after 3.8.1 update. I would like to recommend you to use WP Super Cache plugin for caching.

I have fixed that issue and updated the theme. This issue has been fixed in Techism version > 2.0.6 .

I was not aware of that issue (i.e. entire post not being displayed even after clicking the title or read more button ). I know this need to be solved soon !

BTW have you edited content.php or any other file ? Which version of Techism theme are you using now ? Please let me know to help you further
