I’m sorry to hear you had to face this problem. Build is a really old theme that i haven’t updated in a long time due to time constraints.
Anyway, hopefully this’d help.
To change the post title font size, find this in your css:
header.entry-header .entry-title
And to change the font size of paragraph, change the values at :
.entry-content p
