Sadly I have had to disable fluency admin on all my websites because of this issue which has been happening ever since the upgrade to wordpress 3.2

I am now using wordpress 3.3 and the problem persists.

Interesting… I just noticed the new update available to 4.0.2
Seemed to automatically fix the problem upon updating.

I am interested to know the code you used to produce a conditional shortcode for ios devices.

Oh sorry bud… I guess I wasn’t really asking for support…. I sort of moved on quickly, once it didn’t work for me because, what I am really looking for is a way to get soundcloud to work on portable apple devices, otherwise I would have actually giving you all the proper information right from the start.

But since you were so quick to respond and I do think your plugin is quite awesome, I’d be happy to give you the info just in case it can help you develop the plugin further…..

Oh wait, I think I know what it was! I did not disable the standard SoundCloud Shortcode plugin I have installed. Once I disabled it, the soundcloud player embedded by S.I.G. seemed to work fine.

So, my “not displaying” problem is solved due to conflict with “SoundCloud Shortcode”.

Haha… I would love to, but I have never created a plugin before and am not sure I have quite enough knowledge yet. Plus I am definitely not ready to take on a project like that on my own, though maybe someday.

Honestly, this “Soundcloud Is Gold” plugin is already pretty awesome. I could totally see it having a tick-box option to allow for an html5 or javascrit player for non-flash capable browsers.

I’d be happy to help beta test it if someone has the skills to implement the code.

The javascript player looks intriguing to me. I have been trying to work it into my theme, but I am having some problems with it displaying correctly.

Great idea, but not displaying for me on my webpage. However, it does display my latest track in the preview. Must be a conflict somewhere… ugh.

It actually seems to only be sort of working. The -1 white page is gone now and the plugin allowed me to delete a couple of my saved forms. However, it is still not allowing me to edit the forms.

I am trying to add a fixed email address for the form to be sent to. I enter the email address select the tick box for the form and hit save. But then the email address is not saved.

I tried turning off the Ajax as Bryan suggested, but that didn’t help.

Not really sure what is going on here. Any ideas?

I just noticed there was a new update for WordPress. I ran the 3.1.3 update and it magically started working properly.

LOL. I didn’t send you a “series of inflammatory emails. I sent you one email, you responded hastily and I sent you a followup email apologizing for making you so angry at me.

I do like your plugin a lot. It is obvious you have put a lot of hard work into it. But you seem a little sensitive about the link removal question.

Raj, please do not be offended. I do appreciate you putting your hard work into your plugin. Like I said, it seems exactly what I need for the site I am building for my friends also for free. I was only asking to remove the link to offer them an unbranded site. I would never remove your credits from the code. I make no claim to writing the script. I certainly am not skilled enough with php to do such a thing on my own. Please do not be upset. I realize your plugin is an offering to the wordpress community. I was only offering to pay to remove the link because I know some plugin authors require such a thing. My biggest concern is if I put your plugin on a production site, that you would offer support if something went wrong. I fear that now I have offended you so much, you would never like to help me, should I ask. Again, my apologies for offending you. I wish you and your family the best.

Yes, I did install 8.8.10.3 and your last instructions have indeed created two database entries: wp_podpress_statcounts & wp_podpress_stats and also has solved the problem!

I now have front-end download counts and dashboard stats.
