Hello, it seems that the plugin can’t connect to a different Facebook account, and I don’t have the option to reset the plugin from this path: WooCommerce > Status > Tools. The Facebook reset connection button isn’t appearing there. Is there any other way to completely reset the plugin?

The issue is that when we go to product and inventory the GTIN number is missing but our supplier informs us that :

if you want to access this information manually, and you do not have programming skills, the easiest way would be to download a plugin that helps you to visualize the metadata of your store. There you will have to look for the products section, and you will be able to see the GTIN manually if you need to.>>

Our main country is Germany and we have added Germany to our WooCommerce shipping zones as local pickup this way our supplier sends us to check out the shipping cost.
Could you please give us instructions on how to add this field to calculate a shipping total weight?
