In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Are you okay?Unbelievable that it has been 2 weeks but THIS PLUGIN STILL WON’T SHOW THE INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS/PAGES LINKED TO AN ACCOUNT normally!!! and now the latest update (few hrs back) doesn’t even let you publish catalog changes it forces you for the new connection step which is as broken as it is now as it was 2 weeks back!
Really horrible support is being provided for this plugin. Hard to believe it’s been developed by the same guys who made WP rocket. Their servers went offline on the same day I bought the plan, they stayed down for a good 24hr period and yet their status page showed them as online.
When I asked for a refund after removing the plugin and short pixel they simply stated that it would be processed and as of now it’s been 2 days but they haven’t responded on chat and I have received non refund either. Apparently their chat support is cool with just 1 guy managing it and its completely normal for them to not see your message for 3 days or so. Unbelievable. Please stop using the WP Rocket branding as it feels like both plugins are being managed by different teams altogether, I’ve been using wp rocket since 4 yrs and have always received excellent support from them.
Our server returned an error (0 – Operation timed out after 45000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received).
I am getting this since 3hrs
Ok so disabling that “How does wordfence get IPS” option solves the issue!
Shall I keep it disabled from here on (on my hostinger websites that is) ? Does disabling it pose any security risk? please let me know. Thanks a ton for your help!

Just sent the report to the above mentioned email ID and made sure that I mentioned my username too. Please look into it. This is driving me crazy since hostinger says that wordfence works fine for everyone else.
If you want I can send the same report with a brand new wordpress installation too (without any plugins whatsoever).
Also ignored results says 0 ignored results.
Edit – I sent the report with another domain on the same hostinger account too but this one uses php 7.1
Also Please check the below screenshot, whenever I add a new wordpress install to my hostinger account, both these settings show as a red cross. For the new wordfence installation on hostinger, these waf rules files aren’t generated at all since the connection is not being established with your server.
I’ve check the permissions of the wflogs several times too since wordfence runs flawlessly on my 10+ Godaddy and 10+ Bluehost websites. All settings are fine but on hostinger these files aren’t made with a fresh install. Since the reports were sent via cloned websites (I used updraftplus) you will find these wfrules file there.

sorry for wasting your time though. completely overlooked the fact that I updated divi with woo rfq and woocommerce at the same time.
You do an awesome job with this plugin. easily my favorite rfq plugin for woocommerce. thanks for the support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout not working after latest update.what’s even more confusing is that the order gets processed (in my woocommerce orders page) but the checkout doesn’t fully process [the way it shows order number] and no email notifications are generated. Because of this, to figure out if a order has been placed I have to check the orders tab in dashboard again n again. Obviously the user doesn’t know if order gets processed or not since no emails are being generate.
EDIT – So divi is behind this. their last 2 versions have this problem. [confirmed on elegant themes forums] they will fix this in their next update. thanks a ton for helping.

All I know is that I updated Woocommerce and RFQ plugin together after which this issue popped up. Tried disabling the RFQ plugin but that didn’t solve it either. I’m getting this error no matter what mode of payment i select ??

Everything is working fine except the issue i mentioned. Order does not process after clicking submit your RFQ and loading circle keeps on showing. Order gets listed in woocommerce orders but no emails are generated like before. and all was working fine with previous versions of both woocommerce and rfq.

so updating and then changing my timezone from +5:30 to Kolkata fixed it and now the notifications can finally be cleared.
did a rollback using that WP rollback plugin. now its working fine again. please fix it asap.
Edit – I was also getting that “unknown file in core: wp-admin/php.ini” error with the latest updated after running the scan. error msg is gone after I did a rollback and scanned my site again.
