The motive of every page is to enhance the functionalities of a Directory site. Also, having all the functionalities on pages allows you to personalize them to a great extent. If you go through the support thread you will notice users are asking for more pages. Maximum of users are looking for more ways to customize the page which we are trying to comply with and others who are not wanting pages are leaving reviews that actually put a dent to our motivation.
Besides, it is possible to show a full address using the map. Here is a screenshot. Also, if you don’t like the default map, Directorist offers you to also use “Google Map”. There are alternative features but leaving such reviews without reaching out to us is very disheartening.

Thank you very much for the guidelines. We always try not to ask for the admin details and try to resolve issues without accessing their site. The primary reason for routing users to our site is to provide faster support.
Nonetheless, I will go through the guidelines and make sure to abide by all the rules and regulations. I assure you, we will start the practice that you suggested.

We are using the support ticket system to resolve issues. If we are unable to find issues locally then we ask for admin access to their site and we never ask for the host access.
We are having difficulties with our database server and the error message that Christine shared is the error on our website, which is inaccessible at the moment(if you visit our site at the moment you can see a similar message).
On the contrary, we have received a similar ticket “Duplicate Canonical” issue so I thought it was Christine, which is my mistake. We are working on the Canonical issue and will be fixed in the next update.

I can’t access the member benefits page, therefore, I am not sure what that page is all about. Is it the pricing plan page? We can only help you with pages related to Directorist. Please let me know what that page is all about, I will request the devs to consider it for the next updates.

Would you mind elaborating a little more? Which page are you willing to restrict for the members only and what are the conditions? As of now, you can use the following shortcode to restrict the “All listings” page for logged in users only.

In order to show a single Name field instead of first and last name you can use Text field from the Form Editor>Add Fields>Custom Fields and edit accordingly.
