Besides, have you tried regenerating assets from Elementor -> Tools and Essential Addons -> Tools from your WordPress Dashboard?

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. However, we have actually checked it with WordPress 6.0.1 and Simple 301 Redirects is working as expected. So, I don’t think it’s a WordPress version issue.
Can you please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating all the plugins except for Simple 301 Redirects and check back?

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Can you please make sure that you have the latest version of Essential Addons 5.1.8 on your site?
If it’s so, can you please try regenerating assets from both Elementor -> Tools and Essential Addons -> Tools from your WordPress Dashboard.
Besides, if you are using any other caching tool, please try clearing cache from them as well.
If it doesn’t work, please check for plugin conflicts & try back. Make sure all the plugins are up-to-date as well.

Hi, there. This usually happens if you have a low PHP Memory Limit. Have you checked your memory limit from Elementor -> System Info? Can you please tell us what’s your PHP Memory Limit.
Besides, you could enable the Debug log and let us know the error you have faced as well. Check out this doc if you want to enable debug log.
We have over 1 Million+ Active users so if it was a common issue, people wouldn’t have definitely used it for sure. So, I think there’s an issue with memory or something else which caused the issue you have faced.

Currently, BetterLinks doesn’t support older MySQL versions hence people have faced the issue mentioned.
It’s not recommended to use older MySQL versions as well so we don’t have any plans to provide support for this at least for the time being.

Sorry to hear that you faced some issue with Essential Addons. Anyways, I have looked to your conversation with our support team. I see that we offered to help you. Since it was a bit strange issue with login/register form widget, we needed our dev team for further investigation. Unfortunately, we weren’t given much time and you asked for a refund within 24 hours which we proceeded right away as well.
Anyways, if there was more co-operation, we could have fixed the issue and you would have had a more positive feedback.
