Hi @before80 ,
We’ve released an update of the plugin. Can you please update the plugin and check whether this problem still persists.
Thank you.
Hi @joydipkar73 ,
From the screenshot you’ve provided, I can see that your Google bucket storage is not public.
We suspect that it would be the key reason behind your syncing problems.
Also, If you turn off the “Serve Media Files” option from the Media Storage to Cloud Settings, you should be able to see the image thumbnails.
Let me know if this resolves your issues.
Thank you.
Hi,
Can you give me a screenshot of the Attachment Details from any of the images from the media library?.
Also, are you using CDN? If not, then can you make sure that the Content Delivery Network URL field is empty on the Media Storage to Cloud plugin Settings page?
Thank you.
Hi @scottpaterson ,
I am sorry that you are having this issue.
However, we’ve created a patch and will release it by today.
So hopefully this issue will be fixed by then.
Let me know if you find any other issues.
Thank you.
Hi @joydipkar73 ,
Well, our plugin Media Storage to Cloud supports any type of upload as long as they are stored in the WP Media Library.
For the Dokan plugin, it seems that the Dokan media images are stored in the WP Media Library.
Hence it should work fine for you.
However, If you still face any issues, let me know.
Thank you.
Hi @joydipkar73 ,
It seems that our plugin Media Storage to Cloud is conflicting with WP-Stateless.
This issue is mainly occurring due to different versions of the same library function.
If you want to keep using Media Storage to Cloud plugin, you will have to deactivate WP-Stateless to get rid of this fatal error.
Can you please deactivate WP-Stateless and check whether this issue still persists.
I hope you understand.
Thank you.
Hi @before80 ,
Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
We’ve already started working on this, and this issue will be fixed on our next update.
Thank you.
Hi @joydipkar73 ,
Yes, you should definitely try our plugin.
You will be able to easily sync and serve the image files with our plugin. And also it won’t cause any issues with Elementor CSS or WooCommerce Uploads.
You can follow this doc to learn about how to connect your WordPress site with Google Cloud Storage, how to sync your media files to the cloud, and how to serve them to your site directly from the cloud.
Just install the plugin and follow the directions, it should be working fine for you.
Let me know if you face any issues.
Thank you.
Hi @wactv ,
Thanks for your input.
I understand why you need this plugin.
However, you see we are working on this plugin, and hopefully, we will add your mentioned features in the near future.
And if there’s any update regarding this, I’ll notify you.
But I can’t promise when these features will be included in the plugin.
Hope you understand.
Thanks.
Hi @wactv
Well, “sync 500 files” means that with this plugin you can sync with up to 500 files at a time.
Yes, it is the cumulative amount and there’s no monthly/ yearly quota for this.
We don’t have a pro version of this plugin yet.
Let us know if you have any more queries.
Thanks.
Hi @dealfiles ,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately, the custom folder feature isn’t included with our plugin right now.
We have added it to our development plan for the future. But I cannot promise when exactly this feature will be included.
But I will inform you here when we have added this custom folder feature in our plugin.
Thanks.
Hello @napathello ,
Well, if you change to a new server, this should work once you authenticate with the bucket.
Let us know if you face any issues with it.
Thank you.
Hi @per4mance ,
We’re really sorry that the plugin didn’t work out for you.
Hopefully we will improve our plugin, and in future, you might get back with us.
Meanwhile, I hope you find the right tool that meets your requirements soon.
Thanks.
Hi,
I am sorry that you are facing issues while connecting to S3 bucket.
As per your query, I assume that you have entered “EU (Frankfurt)” as the bucket region, but in order it to connect, you will have to enter the region code of the region name, for example, you will have to enter “eu-central-1” for “EU (Frankfurt)”.
Also, to learn more, you can have a look at our updated doc: how to connect WordPress with Amazon S3.
I hope it will solve your issue.
Please let me know if you have further queries.
Thank you.
