Totally agree.
Support team gives zero added value. Their answers are for nothing.
I have the paid version, several issues reported and always giving answers not related to the issue. They “always” test the plugin and “always” is working fine. The reality is, for example, I’m cancelling membership in Stripe side, then Stripe sends the event to the plugin’s webhook and nothing happens in my website. I must cancel the membership manually in my website. So, where is the integration?
The last issue is related to restricted content. Suddenly this feature stopped working.
I’m thinking about changing this plugin by another membership plugin.
