Funny. So that means Ultimate Member is already partially translated to Portuguese Brazil.
I searched there and “Forgot Password” and “Confirm Password” are already approved.
But I don’t get this in my installation. I looked into my /wp-content/languages/plugins and Ultimate Member doesn’t have translation files there.
Do I need to do something to the plugin get these translations automatically?
And “Keep me signed in” is waiting. How long it takes for you to approve it?

But I do have an Transaction Validation Rule.
I would configure “Total Card Attempt” but that is only for premium.
So I choosed “Total Transaction by Email within 24h greater than 3”.So, if a customer would try to place an 4th payment attempt in 24h it would block, right? I tried with a order with payment on delivery (which doesn’t have a payment gateway as it is very simple) and it worked, it blocked the 4th order. But with credit card payment it generated multiple orders on each payment attempt that failed.
Should I turn off “Advanced Velocity Screening”? I don’t know if I get it the purpose of this function.
What is an “Transaction”? Is it every payment attempt that is triggered and validated by Fraudlabs? So it would make sense to validate before each payment attempt, right?

I see.. so, even if I configured reCaptcha with another plugin like Wordfence and the reCaptcha is active in all my pages, I need to configure it too on the User Registration forms?

Thank you for the reply, with your explanation I understood the purpose of the plugin.I have another question. In the option ‘Number of allowed Fraud Attempts’ as I understood it blocks the user to make a new order only if this user has previous failed orders, right? But it doesn’t prevent the user to attempt several card payments in the same order. Couldn’t the plugin block the user to attempt more than X payments? For example if the user tries to make payment and fail 3 times, it blocks the user or change the order to failed.
Would that be a good suggestion for feature? Or is that something out of reach of your plugin and only the gateway plugin could do?

Hello.
When I edit a User I can change their Approval Status: Approved, Denied, Pending.
But when I select Denied and Save, the status keeps in Pending. It doesn’t change. It looks to me that something is not working in my instalation.
I appreciate if you have any suggestions why this might happen. Thanks.

By the way, I see now that the error just happens in Wordfence emails.
In email 01 you can see that the text is not well formated. Inspecting you can see that there is missing <p> tag.
In email 02 is an example of the same type of email sent by other website I have. Inspecting you can see that there is <p> tags.
In email 03 is an example of other email type of the first website. But this email is a standard WordPress email of forgotten passoword. So I just noticed the error is happening only in Wordfence emails.
Is there any place I can check out about this error? I appreciate any suggestion you can have.

I’ve got a reply from Divi Support, I’ve found out that their Search Module doesn’t search in Projects by default. I had to do some modifications and now it is working, I’m getting the right results when I search for text that is in ACF fields thanks to ACF: Better Search.

And the certificate page doesn’t show a field to edit the slug. It would be nice if we were able to edit the slug and to specify the name for the PDF file somehow.

I hope you can implement an easy option to change that. There is some pages where it is visible the author of each of these elements. And it would be nice to set the proper author of each, in the case where an admin is seting things up in the backend for instructors.

It worked now. Looks like I needed to move the translation file from ‘personalized’ to ‘system’. But I don’t get it, it warned me that if the file was in ‘system’ it would be overwriten in future updates.

Realmente foi como vc falou. Mudei para ambiente de produ??o e fiz testes informando dados errados e o processamento recusou. Processei com sucesso uma compra e consegui inclusive fazer reembolso automático pelas op??es do Woocommerce.
Porém o painel de reembolso congelou, ficou com o ícone de loading girando eternamente. Mas ao olhar o pedido, foi atualizado, o log registrou resposta de sucesso da Rede e o cart?o de crédito recebeu o estorno.
N?o sei se é um bug recorrente ou se eu deveria me preocupar com isso.

I believe I managed to solve the problem, at least partialy. My hosting plan isn’t shared. But my host failed to give me more details about my hosting. At the start they told me there was a proxy on the server and it would hide all IP and that was why I would always see my server IP.
But I used Sucuri and Wordfence scan to look for more suspicious files. I removed them all. xmlrpc was indeed a file that was receiving connection always as Wordfence Firewall warned me, so I disabled it. After I did this I began to see the real IP of foreign connections, I’m not sure if it is related.
The several login attempts stopped for a while but they still occur at some days, usually trying to connect the old username that was compromised (I removed it from admin). But now I can see their IP, it is always different IPs from several countries.
reCaptcha alone wasn’t stopping spam comments. So I disabled them.
