In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Solution for statistics and reports?Hello.
Sorry, I see now that my question wasn’t properly detailed. I don’t have now an example of CSV file but I will try to explain some features I am missing and that tutors frequently ask me:
1. Automated export of Gradebook reports. It would be nice to receive in email the reports for each course. It would be interesting if it could be automaticly generated in certain frequency, for example one time per week or one time per month.
2. More details about students. Perhaps it would need some integration with other plugins or custom fields? For example, a column with their full name, country and other fields that are in their registration.
I know I could do this all manually generating the reports and editing the spreadsheets with their info. But when it comes to several courses, it could be really time consuming. And several tutors aren’t familiar to edit CSV files.
Well, these are my suggestions for now. Thank you.

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Behavior of Retake Course1. I see. Perhaps it would be nice to have an option to set a course as free to rewatch the lessons. So it won’t block the course after the student hit the button Finish course and get his certificate. So it would be possible for them to access and just rewatch the lessons any time they want. It is a very common feature in other courses platforms.
I guess this would be specially good for free courses and courses that don’t expire. Of course, it would have to be some restrictions to courses that are sold and the access expires.
2. When the user retake a course, their Certificate in their profile is lost. This frustrates them. It would be nice if the Certificate remains in their account even if they retake a course.

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] Advice to allow Rest API?Hi! That option works when we turn on the option to block all REST API, right?
I’ve set that off. I will try to block all REST API and put the “tenweb_so” namespace to the allowlist to see if it works better.Thank you.

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Automatically Finish Course@briantp sorry, I guess you didn’t understood my question.
When a student takes a quiz and is approved, it appears a button that will set the course as finished. If the student doesn’t hit this button, the course never finishes.
Is there any way we could change this behavior?
Could we place the button to finish the course in a place more visible? Perhaps beside the button to retake the course and review. Or below the message that the student got aproved. But even this way some students might not hit the button.
Could this be a feature you could develop in future? Perhaps it could be interesting if we had an option to turn on to automaticly finish the course if the student got aproved.
The way it is today is bad for statistics.
In Gradebook, a student that watched all the course and finished the quiz and get aproved but doesn’t hit the button to finish the course is treated as it never finished the course.
Thank you.
@briantp Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately using like this wasn’t really a practical solution. Manually creating order for every user can consume too much time.
Perhaps it would be a good improve if LearnPress had some feature like this to limit courses to group of users.

In reply to: [Network Subsite User Registration] independent registration on multisiteThank you for the reply.
That looks nice, good solution.
I did another test and I guess I understand now what I did wrong. It seems your plugin isn’t compatible with Ultimate Member, right?
I’m using UM for user registration on my websites and it didn’t worked, users were able to login on all subsites and see they were logged in.
Hello. Thank you for your reply.
I don’t know if you understood my case or I didn’t get it your suggestion. But I will try to explain better:
I didn’t used the main site. I just created a subsite (I will call “subsite 1”) and configured the UM plugin on it.
In Network Settings I left Registration disabled. As the UM plugin suggest to leave it disabled as the plugin will be responsible for registrations.
Then I cloned this subsite 1 to have a subsite 2 and subsite 3. I used NS Cloner.
Then I configured all the pages of UM again for each subsite.I imagined now if cloning could be a problem. So I tried to create a new subsite 4 and tested the login on it. The same problem happens: If I login on subsite 1, then go to subsite 4 I can see the admin bar.
In UM configuration of subscriber role for subsite 4 the option “Force hiding adminbar in frontend?” is set on. But still the user can see the admin bar. Shouldn’t it be hidden?
I also configured in subsite 4 to be accessible only to logged in users.
So here is the problem:
If I’m logged in with the user I registered in subsite 1, and visit subsite 4 I will: see the admin bar, I will be treated as I’m not logged in (the redirections work as if I’m not logged in) and if I visit the UM Login and Register page it will say I’m already logged in.Isn’t that behavior weird? I hope my explanation was more clear now.
And please, about the question 3 in my last reply, is that possible anyway with UM?
Thank you very much.
Yes, I deleted trough admin>users.
Thank you for the confirmation that Ultimate Member doesn’t prevent this.
I tried to delete an accont trough the account page and I’m able to recreate it.
The problem might be other plugin.
Hello.
Sorry about the Google Drive link, it has been a while so I just deleted some weeks ago.
Thank you for the reply.
That worked, thank you very much!
Perhaps, it could be a feature for future updates for the plugin. Possibility to do normal restrictions to the UM Login page.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] Name on cardOh I see, so you pick the information from the WooCommerce fields. Ok, nice.
Does that means if a customer tries to pay with a credit card that he is not the owner it will result in an error as the name won’t match with the cardholder’s name? I couldn’t find a way to test that out with Stripe.
Ops, looks like it didn’t worked properly ??
I tested more now. It redirects the logged in user properly as set in my configurations in the page, redirecting to a custom url (account page). But now the logged out user is not able to access the login page. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
I inserted the above code with the plugin Code Snippets and applied it only to the front-end.

Sorry for the late reply.
I’ve got a reply from WP Cerber telling me it is a normal behavior.
