As a future feature, the system could have a button to delete a site’s image cache, speeding up the process.

I just did this test here and it doesn’t seem to have resolved it.

I also notice that the Widget title color is not the color I use in the theme, it is the default color.

I’m having a similar problem. After the last update, there is a conflict between AMP for WP and the Advanced AMP Ads add-on. If one is enabled, they reset the other’s configuration. I am running my website without advertising.

With that, when there were changes in Ads, I lost track of analytics and other important settings.

I disabled the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) option GDPR Compliancy, and the AMP version Analytics was counted again.

Although the code is on the site, it is not being read by Google Analytics. Only the Desktop site is being counted, with a considerable drop in the count of accesses by Analytics. By WordPress, the count is normal.

Resolved:

I removed the jetpack via FTP. Immediately the CPU usage and the number of processes on the server was reduced. I waited a few hours and reinstalled the Jetpack. Everything went back to working perfectly.

I believe that some Jetpack file has been blocked in some past update, remaining the old version. With the new installation, server usage plummeted quickly, and everything is normal.

I updated the PHP version of the site to 7.4, and the error was not repeated.
