I followed the instructions here https://complianz.io/add-a-link-to-show-the-cookie-banner/ … I’ve added the snippet via the Code Snippets plugin and added the link to the footer. It works if I’m in an incognito window, but not in a regular window. Any ideas?

HI @yordansoares my turn to apologise! I’ve been away from work.
I’ve installed WP Mail Logging and resent the email. I see no errors in the log, though I can’t access the PDF, and the email I receive in Hotmail is still empty with an unreadable attachment.

There is definitely a conflict between your plugin and WooCommerce. I’ve tested again this morning by disabling all other plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce active. Tested again to the regular email address and then the Hotmail email address. Same issue. Hotmail email is empty with an error on the PDF attachment.

Hmm, that doesn’t actually help in this instance, as that displays the widget on all OTHER pages! I only want it to display on the category product pages.
Is there something else you can suggest please?

There are a couple of other newer plugins not used on the existing site. BUT I have disabled all the new plugins and Advance Excerpts still doesn’t work.
What else can you suggest please?

I created a new Custom Email Message based on the old message (thanks for making that copiable!) but when I test the product, I’m getting an error in the Customer Email:
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/accurate/www/test/wp-content/plugins/woo-custom-emails-per-product/includes/class-woo-custom-emails-output.php on line 78
This is appearing directly above the Custom Email Message, screenshot here:

RaeStill not fixed … just updated to 2.1.1 and I still can’t see my custom messages.
UPDATE: Okay, I found this in the FAQ on the main Plugin page:

I just upgraded from version 1.x. Where is my Custom Content?
In the Admin menu, go to Custom Emails > WCE Settings. Enable the option for “Show Version 1x Custom Content” and Save. Now when you go into a WooCommerce product you had previously customized in version 1.x, you will see a new button for “Show Content” — if you click this button it will display your old Custom Content in a textarea field, so you can Copy/Paste it into a new WCE Message.
———–So now we have to go in and manually update every product?! Is there no way of honouring the custom messages that were created prior to these updates? That’s a lot of product info to update and not exactly “fixed” in my opinion.
