Appreciate the apology, but it’s not necessary. Programming is hard work (I’ve done it) and it’s easy for little errors to creep in along the way. Thank you for a wonderful plugin.

Catalogue Enquiry 3.1.2I have re-rested this form and I can confirm that the variation does NOT print in the email.

NB. The variation used to print previously. However, the last two WooCommerce updates have updated the database so there may be changes the current form does not take into consideration.
The updated plugin has been updated on both the test site and the live site and I can confirm that the issue has been resolved. Thank you.

Hi. I’m having the same issue but I can provide more information.
Firstly: WP 4.8 / WooCommerce 3.1.1 / Catalogue Enquiry 3.0.4The issue for me started after updating to WooCommerce 3.1.0 and Catalogue Enquiry 3.0.4 which was done at the same time. (I can however roll back to the earlier version of Catalogue Enquiry if you need me to test the earlier version on the later version of WooCommerce).
We have a colour pickbox in the product. If you do NOT select a colour the form works fine and you are redirected to a “form sent” page and the email is received. If you select a colour, then the error message “Error in system please try later” is displayed, and the pages does NOT redirect to a “form sent” page, and you may or may not receive the email.
I do have a “test” website where you can view and try this yourself, however, you will need to email me for the url as I do not want to post it here. I always update plugins and test on my test website before I update my live site.
Is there any more information you need?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products Page rendering on mobile devicesI’ve worked this back, and the issue is to do with css optimisation for site speed. If I turn off cs optimisation, then the page will load correctly on on a mobile device. I guess I’ll need to figure out the css required for mobile devices so that it is loaded with the page.

I noticed late yesterday, before you sent me the post, that the plugin was ready for an update, and after the update I can confirm that it appears to be working well now. We will be changing a lot of products from simple to variable over the next few days and if I notice any issues I’ll be sure to report back.

We have every product in an “all products” category, and exclude the ‘all products’ category so that we have the enquiry button on every product. We are a manufacturer and we find that we get a LOT of product enquiries because customers what a modified version of a standard product.
