    Hi,

Thank you for your message. We understand how frustrating it can be not to find your GLB files in the product section after uploading them correctly to the media library.

We want to let you know that we are actively working on improving this functionality to ensure that all files can be accessed smoothly when adding them to products. In the meantime, we suggest trying the following steps, which might temporarily resolve the issue:

    1. Check file permissions: Make sure that the permissions of the uploaded files are correct.
    2. Refresh the media library: Sometimes, simply refreshing the media library page can make the files appear correctly.
    3. Check for compatibility issues: Verify if there is any conflict with other plugins you are using by temporarily deactivating them to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Clear browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help refresh views and display the files correctly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on a permanent solution. If you need further assistance or have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards,

Automatically when loading the model, in the upper right part, a button appears when you click to see the model in Augmented Reality. To do this, it is important that you load both usdz and glb file formats.
