I am trying to manage a project and the delays in paid and premium support through your website and or ThemeForest are causing me grief. I don’t want to post here but this seems to be the only place I get a response.

Hello Again, Sorry to post here but I guess there is still a delay in ticket replies and my developer is getting a bit short on time. Can you please reply to the emails he sent4 days ago, 3 days ago and 2 days ago?

He keeps telling me he never hears back from you and that’s why changes and updates can’t be made.

Please please please help me. I love your plug in and use it for all my clients but this particular build has been a challenge.

We really need to know how to add an image to a venue page so it shows up for our location and some other things that he’s been asking for answers on.
