In reply to: CSS Styling not Loading on Desktop? Working on MobileThanks heaps Niall! There was a missing bracket on one of the @media screen snippets, so now that is back in the rest of the css seems to be picking up as it should be. I put it through a couple of different css validators too, and the missing bracket went unnoticed. Thank you again for you help, @media screen was definitely the culprit ??
Thank you so much Andrew! Once I put the missing bracket back in, most of the CSS returned to normal. I ran that code through a couple of different css validators too and the missing bracket wasn’t picked up. Thanks again for you help!
Thanks Chris! I had it set to “light” thinking that was the best for a dark background, but have changed it to “dark” and now I can see it ?? Thanks!

In reply to: Center Footer Text in Mobile ViewOh I see what’s happening! thank you so much George – I never would have figured out that was the issue lol. I not familiar with JavaScript so I’ll have to leave it as is or come up with some sort of alternative – thanks again!

In reply to: Home Page Background Colour Different on Mobile to DesktopHi Sajjad! I’ve figured out what the issue was! It was because my Samsung was set to night mode (doh!) – for some reason this caused the background colour to display much darker (but the main graphic remained unaffected). Now I have turned night mode off it is displaying correctly on mobile. Hopefully this might help someone else in the future lol Thanks!

In reply to: Home Page Background Colour Different on Mobile to DesktopHi Sajjad! Thank you for your suggestion. I had cleared the cache on my WordPress site, but went back and also cleared the browser cache on both my laptop and phone browsers. Unfortunately the black is still appearing very different for me on my phone (Samsung) – very strange, as the actual graphic colours display the same on both. The background colour should be identical to the grunge border on the graphic so they blend together seamlessly. Is there a way to upload screenshots on here? I can’t see the option anywhere. Thank you again for your help! ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reset password email for WooCommerce customers is not workingHi @rynald0s – thanks for the suggestion regarding caching. I did previously add the account pages to an exclusion list to stop them caching, but perhaps that’s no longer working due to a plugin update or something like that. I’ll contact the host and see if they can do it on their end ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reset password email for WooCommerce customers is not workingThis is exactly the same loop my client is having – from the lost password reset, to the home page wp login and then back to lost password page. It’s driving me crazy!!! She never set up a webmail address and just uses her usual email for everything, so I haven’t been able to test changing the send from address in settings. Though I guess if no other solutions come up we might have to go ahead and set it up just to give it a try.
