Is your blog connected to the internet?

I think that is my problem. I have it running on an network within an office but it is not on the internet for the world to see.

I figured it out. Add a ) after $post_title
After that it works perfectly. Thank you

I am trying to figure out how to make it work but I am having no luck. It is just removing my custom field “name” all together.

Also, I want to remove the line that says:

“This post was submitted by ______”

After I posted this, I found that plugin and installed it. It does exactly what I want.

However, it seems that there are a lot of problems with that plugin and I am getting a lot of error and warning messages. Maybe there is another plugin that will work as well?

I think that I just figured out the error by myself. It may not be correct but it seems to fit…

I do not have my blog on the Internet, it is on an office server. I think that it will not send the message through email because it is not connected to the Internet. If I am wrong, please let me know. Your support is always welcome.

When you open up the Stylesheet, there will be a “body” section. Mine looks like this:

body{
font:12px Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, sans-serif;
color:#252525;
background:#42709F url(‘images/main-bg.jpg’) 50% 0% no-repeat;
text-align:center;
margin:0;
padding:0;
}

change the color there for the text in posts. (So you would replace color:#252525)

The file you want to change is style.css

You can get to this file through Appearance – Editor – Stylesheet

I am not sure which area you will have to change. I have been changing some of mine to see but I haven’t figured it out yet. When I do I will let you know.
