Ok, for some reason, now it doesn’t seemed to be cropped anymore. Like it uncropped itself without me doing anything.

It’s still blurry, though. The image size I’m using is 280 KB.

I notice that when I use the same image file on Facebook, say as a large cover picture, it looks fine, but when I put the homepage URL into a Facebook post, that same image is blurry. I guess that’s because Facebook compresses the file or something? Is there a way to get round that?

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

But why does the background appear to me as an admin but not to other people, though? Shouldn’t what I see (apart from the control panel) and what others see be the same?

Yes, that background! How did you manage to see it? Although I can see it as an admin of my site, other people can’t see it, and I can’t see it when I browse incognito.

I’ve tried it with many different themes, including the default Twenty Seventeen one, and the same thing happens, so it’s definitely not a theme issue.
