We will check this conflict issue. For now, you can disable WPUF reCAPTCHA in login form. Navigate to wp-admin > User Frontend > Settings > Login/Registration, now disable reCAPTCHA in Login Form option.

Please make sure that you have inserted right custom field meta key in the notification message field. Here is the example: %custom_{NAME_OF_CUSTOM_FIELD}% e.g: %custom_website_url%
