After further troubleshooting, I might have missed something. I think the cause of the categories section not showing any categories is different.

Seems that I have to assign both the root category and then the sub-category. If I just assign the sub-category to a user it won’t work, it will show a blank category section.

Please confirm.

Got it. I thought this had something to do with WordPress customizer feature.

I have checked and in fact, the site was recrawled but Emoji still does not show up. I checked Google’s cached version of my site and the date indicates the site was crawled after I added the emoji on my site. From what I can tell the site has been crawled after I added the emoji to the title and description of my site using Yoast plugin, but still not showing up.

How can I troubleshoot this?

Hey guys, just wanted to check in and see if this conflict has been resolved before trying to use the plugin again.

I like both plugins but User Editor Pro https://www.role-editor.com/ provides an important functional part for the site. Dashboard Welcome for BB is nice to have but will have to let it go if I can’t resolve this. Hope these two can work together soon.

Not sure if this was done but I recommend having ONLY these two plugins active and seeing if the problem still persists. Helps to narrow down the problem, sometimes there can be other conflicts.

Did further testing. Seems like the Get Access Code links don’t work, nothing happens when clicked. Tried getting access code using a different method and put them in, clicked Submit and nothing happened.

I can confirm, thing happening to me. Can’t access backend admin section. I’m on WP 4.7 and on multisite.

Not sure how to use multisite feature. I have plugin network activated. I expected all subsites to use the same template for the welcome dashboard as set on the Primary Site. I went to Primary Site> Page Builder > Dashboard Welcome and selected a template to use.

But when I went to my subsite the template selected is none ??

Can you explain the process of using on multisite so I know how to set the global options for all subsites to use.

Can I use this on a multisite installation?

Would like to install on a multisite and have a global settings page where I can enter in the words to replace once and have the plugin affects all subsites, replacing words in the backend of all subsites. Possible?

By the way I did turn on DEGUB mode for WP and didn’t get anything.

Hmm maybe this is what was going on all along. When I network activated it is when I run into this problem. When I activated it manually on the site it works!

I’m guessing this plugin is not designed for Network Activation? Sorry for the troubles, maybe I missed that part in the writing somewhere.
