To fix this, simply replace line 355 of /library/widgets.php from:

function Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud() {
    $this->WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud();
}

to:

function Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud() {
    parent::__construct();
}

It happen to me either. Now I’m using other themes. I hope it can fixed soon

I have found the solution. It is happen because I use contributor as default member role. When I return them back to subscriber their name was disappear from list.

It is doesn’t work in byethost
