Hi, sorry for the delay, after some to-ing and fro-ing it seems I can’t enable logging

As it’s Windows, you can’t enable PHP logging within a .htaccess file.
You would probably be best off enabling WP_DEBUG within your wp-config.php file.

the error only occurs for database restore, plug ins and themes both completed successfully
