If you are using an SEO plugin like squirrly SEO or Yaost you can exclude them from the sitemap very easily. I am using Squirrly SEO and under the tab Squirrly > SEO Settings > Automation, I chose to exclude them from my sitemap. These are essentially theme template files. I have also added a nofollow tag to the templates.

Im guessing just about any SEO plugin has this feature.

I have resolved the issue by adding another shipping method to my U.S. shipping zone. I was only using the Free shipping method. Now I added a flat rate shipping method. Orders over $39 will receive free shipping. Thanks again for the input

Ok thanks for the input. Maybe it was only showing shipping zones because I was logged in on desktop compared to not being logged in on mobile. So i need to figure out how to show shipping zones to those that are not logged in as well as those that are.

Im using this on an ecommerce site. Easy to create modern custom headers and footers and allows you to display them where you want. So if you want to create two separate header you can. This could come in handy for a membership site or if you wanted to display a different header for your blog and one for your store. The possibilities are endless.
