Hello,
It isn’t weird!
There is something at your website causing javascript files to be deferred and this doesn’t work in admin view. It works for any user or guest except for the admin. Might be a setting from your host?Hi @dylanprx,
We have just released version 1.8.9 which is supposed to fix your issue regarding this blank page. Can you please update and let us know if this update fixes your issue?

Hi @dylanprx,
Can you please let us know which version of Quill Forms you are using?
We have installed and activated all plugins mentioned + Divi theme and we can’t reproduce the issue. Is there any custom development done in your site or custom scripts?
Thanks!Ok @dylanprx,
We will investigate this and get back to you as soon as possible. And the theme is “Divi”, right?
Hi @dylanprx,
Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are using a caching plugin. Can you just let us know the name of the caching plugin you are using?
Thanks!Hi @rafaelftrigo,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to apologize for the confusion that you had with the plugin.
I think you didn’t notice that you can set up email notifications in the free version to get an email with the results after each submission.
We have a lot of users already for the free version and E-mail notifications are just enough for their business.
Quill Forms free version form submissions are not stored in WordPress and only exist in the notification emails that are sent. If you decide at any point to upgrade to a paid version, you will be able to store and view future entries on your website. We do try to clarify this with the results page notice in the free version. However, please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve this.
We’ve been working day and night for making this software better day by day and we are offering a lot of powerful features in the free version.
Best Regards

Hi @purnamdhyan,
We have tested our plugin with WPMailSMTP and every thing is going just fine.
In WPMailSMTP, you have to check “Force From Email” to force your preferred email.
Please let me know if that works.
Thanks!Hi @purnamdhyan,
Thanks for reaching out!
You are right, we will add an option for the email sender address which will be by default a merge tag for admin email but we will allow any SMTP plugin to override this merge tag so you wouldn’t have any problem.
Just please give us two weeks at maximum and we will solve this issue.
Thanks a lot!Hey @rogermac,
Yes, you should exclude Quill Forms pages from being cached.
But we are working now on a solution for making Quill Forms compatible with any caching plugin. Hopefully, within 2 weeks, we will release an update to fix this issue.
Thanks a lot!Hey @rothaner,
Thanks for your reply!
We investigated the issue in depth at WpOptimize and the solution to get our form working with it without any issue is to navigate to WordPress admin dashboard -> WP-Optimize -> Minify then click “Javascript” tab then scroll down to: Exclude JavaScript from processing and copy-paste the following:wp-includes/js/dist/ wp-includes/js/tinymce/ js/jquery/jquery.js js/jquery/jquery.min.js wp-content/plugins/quillforms
Save changes.
Please test this and let us know if this works!
We also will release a fix for that so you don’t have later to exclude our scripts from processing, we will do that programmatically.
