The option to delete block is disabled if the block is the only block in the form or the only block inside a group block. That are only the 2 cases where delete option isn’t available. Can you please confirm that you have one of these 2 cases?

Second, passing custom parameters is achievable. We have a JS filter using @wordpress/hooks js package. Please see this line: https://github.com/quillforms/quillforms/blob/master/includes/render/render.js#L29
We can help you achieve that if you aren’t a developer.

It is impossible to get a 100% bug free software and that’s why it is called “Software development” because it is always developed to introduce new features or fix some existing bugs.

Regarding the padding in your email, this is a weird issue and we didn’t have any similar issue reported. Please check if you have a conflict with another plugin.
For controlling the default thank you screen message, you can control it from “Messages” tab. Please read this doc for more explanation.Closing due to no response.
