Could you please tell us which version you use now? Please, make sure that you use v2.2 and clear cache.
Could you please provide examples of pages? Does it insert in a wrong place on all pages or only on some of them?
v2.2 works in the same way as older versions.

1) Add a standard WP text widget (not QuickAdsense widget) to the sidebar (Appearance->Widgets menu). Move (or add) 1 adsense code to this widget.
2) Try to set fixed size for at least 1 AdSense ad, to check if it is not a sizing issue.

Hi, please, try the following: goto the Appearance->Widgets menu, drag and drop Text or Ads widget to the sidebar and check if the ad-code is present on the widget.
To put the ad-tag on the sidebar of all pages, you can use a standard WP Text widget.

Hi, we see AdSense code on your pages. For example, on this one: https://smart9ja.com/drake-added-7m-ferrari-garage/
So, the plugin inserts the code fine, but the script doesn’t show ads.
Please, try to change the alignment to “None” or “Center”. As another solution, try to switch to fixed-size ads.

Hi, do you have the problem on 2.2 with quicktags now? On our test environment it works fine with 2.2.
If you still have any problems, could you please describe them in more detail?

Hello. If you have deleted the plugin, but the ads still show up, there are 2 possible reasons: 1) plugin was not deleted or maybe it was installed twice 2) the ads are inserted somewhere else (by another plugin, into a widget, directly into a theme or there are caching issues).
To determine what causes the problem, please, try to do the following:
1) Check Appearance->widgets menu. Maybe you use Text widgets or similar ones with the ad code. Remove unnecessary widgets.
2) Delete all quick-adsense folders in the wp-content/plugins directory (on the web server)
3) Temporarily switch to the default theme. If ads do not show up on the default theme, but show up on the current one – that means the problem in theme, and you need to modify it. Or the cache was not completely cleaned.
4) Temporarily disable all plugins. If ads disappear, that means they are inserted by another plugin. Enable plugins one-by-one to determine which one inserts the ads.

Did you switch to 2.1 or 2.0.1? Version 2.2 is 100% similar to 2.0.1.

Hi, such message usually appears if a plugin is not active. Just deactivate/activate the plugin (or uninstall/install it) – this usually helps with such issues.
Kindly, please, note that less than 1% of our customers have problems with the plugin. But, we are listening all feedbacks and making improvements.
There is no guarantee that other plugins will not have similar problem sometime ??

It may take some time for AdSense ads to re-appear. Please, check if you have AdSense code on your pages.
You can add the following line to the ads.txt: google.com, pub-0000000000000000, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0
Replace pub-0000000000000000 with your google ID (you can get it from the AdSense JS tag).
We see some AdSense code on the website’s subpages, but it looks like it is inserted not via QuickAdSense.
