Hello again. I have solved the problem. After uploading the files wordfence provided before deleting it (htaccess and user.ini) back on cpanel I got limited access to the admin panel. And on admin panel settings—permalinks – save, solved the issue. Apparently, it was a small issue got wrong. Thanks for your reply and effort.
