The text “You may choose option from below.” is the default text that shows after the bot displays a response to keep the conversation going. You can change it to anything like “Insert your question and press enter for more” from the Settings->Change Language.

Go to the 1st menu item ChatBot WPBot Lite and look at the bottom. You will find the Total ChatBot Sessions count.

We managed to get a hold of the Divi theme but could not duplicate the issue. It could be a particular setting or something else on your site. To resolve this please go to Appearance -> Themes -> Customize Additional CSS and add this CSS below:
