In reply to: [BuddyPress Docs] Disable Docs from group’s Manage screenAre you wanting to have Docs enabled for groups but not allow the group admins to manage the settings?
Yes, I don’t want to have that option visible in the Manage options and I don’t want to just hide it with CSS.

In reply to: [Members - Membership & User Role Editor Plugin] Uneditable rolesFor some reason, I had to disable the bbPress plugin, remove the Moderator role from my account and then I was able to have access to the remaining roles. This means that I would have to disable a required plugin for the site in order to fix something in the future.

In reply to: [One Click Demo Import] Child theme with custom styles and scriptsHi, I think you completely missed my question, lol. It’s my fault, I should have formed the question differently.
I have the parent theme and the child theme set up. There will be a bunch of plugins installed as well. On top of that, the child theme will have the default stylesheet together with a custom functions.php file but also some custom styles inside a CSS folder. The child theme will also have a few JS files from some external JS libraries or custom scripts. The scripts would be inside some folders that will be in the child theme folder. Finally, there would also be some custom PHP files included inside the child theme.
My question is this: Will the OCDI plugin be able to import the child theme custom PHP, CSS and JS files?
Hi, I was wondering, are there any updates on this?
Yeah, there seem to be an issue here. The Twenty Twenty theme doesn’t have the capability to display the custom portfolio archive I have created as a separate layout (eg: grid). It displays the individual portfolio items in the archive. So, any sliders or plugin blocks I am using, they are all displayed in the archive. As a result, the assets load in the archive as well. I use the GeneratePress theme, which has the capability of displaying CPT archives in various layouts. In it’s basic form, the theme just displays a list of single portfolio items one below the other. In that case, even though there are no visual portfolio items loaded in the archive (at least visually), the plugin seems to think that there are items there, thus loading the assets.
Maybe try installing the GeneratePress theme and have a look. Pretty sure a lot of other themes have some kind of functionality to display CPT archives in various layout.I use the ACF plugin to create custom post type but I don’t think that makes any difference.
I hope I am clear enough.
Thanks for looking into it deeper! Please let me know when it’s resolved!
You are right, I have raised an issue with them, thanks!
Does the issue happen when you insert a pattern (formerly known as Reusable block) to the editor?
Yes.
I am using the latest versions of both theme (3.4.0) and plugin (3.2.25). In the pattern, I am using the core columns block. Why don’t you try it yourself?

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Plugin block not displaying in the block editorThe reverse seems to be working. Enabling the plugin everywhere and use filter to exclude it on certain URLs since it only loads assets on those URLs and not on the whole site for some reason. Those filters came to be really useful in my case.
Anyway, thanks!

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Plugin block not displaying in the block editorNo, I am using the GeneratePress theme with the GenerateBlocks plugin (block-based). The portfolio plugin in question is this. It uses a block that renders a front end preview in the block editor.
No related errors in the console. It kind of renders something which seems to be the admin top bar!
