In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] manual importHello @makmerghen
Thanks for reaching out!
At this time, it is outside of OT’s functionality to import a ticket list using a csv. The attendees list and tickets are generated from the ordering process. So if there is no purchase, the ticketing process and reporting is not triggered.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Blank Editor PageHello @jasegw
Thanks for reaching out!
OT has an incompatibility with the Gutenberg editor which causes the blank page to appear when trying to edit a page. While our developers are working on this update, a fix to this is to download and activate the Classic Editor plugin.
This will give you the ability to have OT and still be able to edit your pages.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Event Date/Times no option boxHello @yogaflowvlc ,
Thanks for reaching out!
Do you have Yoast SEO activated on your site?
With the latest updates to WP 5.0, we noted that the OT event function has an incompatibility with the latest version of Yoast SEO (version 9.3 or higher). This is causing a bug where the Event Date/Times java script is being blocked from showing on the dashboard.
To add or edit an event, deactivate Yoast SEO and the Event Date/Time will appear on the event page in the dashboard. Once your events are updated and good to go, you can reactivate Yoast and everything will continue to work as it should.
I hope this helps you to move forward. If this does not fix the issue, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’d be happy to help!
Thank you,

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] category list view (or other similar)Hello @kobbi ,
Thanks for reaching out!
You can display a list of Featured or Upcoming events using the Display Options extension available for purchase through your Dashboard.
Display Options will give you the option to insert shortcode to create a dynamic list of events separate from your calendar.
Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions about this feature
Sincerely,

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] When update for WP5?Hello @markwiseone
While the developers are hard at work, at this time, they have not given a specific release date for this update. But until then, activating the Classic Editor plugin helps OT users continue to use OT with WP 5.0 without issues.
Thank you for reaching out!

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Generates report without data of each ticketHi There, Unless you also have Opentickets Advance Reporting you should only see the Attendee Report using Opentickets Community – The problem you are experiencing seems be due to another plugin or theme conflict perhaps. We were unable to recreate your issue and was able to generate the attendee report without any issues – see video – https://www.useloom.com/share/40bb911afc5a4baeb1049cc7b69b8d26
We suggest deactivating any unnecessary plugins and along with clearing your cache and see if this resolves the issue – if not please feel free to send us a login access to our [email protected]. Please be advised that we request that you DO NOT send us any login access to the forums since this is public posted content.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] When update for WP5?Hello @leohaps
Thanks for reaching out! We apologize for the delayed response.
We have noted some incompatibility issues with OT and the Gutenberg Editor on WP 5.0.
We have found that downloading and activating the Classic Editor plugin while our developers are working on this incompatibility fix will allow you to use OT on WP 5.0
Please let us know if this does not solve this issue for you!
Thank you,

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Event date does not saveHello @swyd,
If the subevents are not showing under Event Date/Time, there may be a plugin incompatibility with OpenTickets.
One of the current plug in incompatibilities we are aware of is recent versions of Yoast SEO (version 9.3 and higher) are preventing the Java script from running to show the subevents. The subevents will appear when the plug in is deactivated. Once edits are saved for your event, you can reactivate the plug in and everything will still work as it should.
Hope this helps! If you are still having issues with it, please reach out at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help!
Thank you,
