We have set up the printer as per the instructions but it is not currently printing orders from Woocommerce.
Any ideas what to check next?

Printer Logo Settings
Logos should be writtent to printer FlashROM memory, using a suitable tool, such as the StarPRNT Software for Windows, which can be downloaded from the Star global downlad site.
