After reviewing your url, we see that this problem is related with theme you are using (OceanWP) and it’s css that is rendered on the page (https://monosnap.com/file/Zaaur3e3koUJ50iJUv4QCInBtdn4Zp). It uses ‘!important’ value for background colour and that is why you can not change it. Try to change this colour in theme settings or you can use ‘!important’ value also in your custom css to override this one.

The issue is most likely related to the swiper library from the Qi Addons plugin. Try to disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General.

Unfortunately, there is no option to set heading tag for Text Marquee. You can adjust the “Typography” options in the “Style” tab to set the font size and other options for text.

The Child theme can be created as explained in the article. We recommend checking the “How to Add Template Files to a Child Theme” section of the article where it’s explained in more detail how files can be overridden.

Please note that Qode Essential Addons plugins (free and premium) should be used only with our Qi Theme. Since you are not using the Qi Theme currently, please try deactivating these plugins.

You can also try deactivating the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General.

We couldn’t reproduce this on our installation.
Could you please let us know which theme you’re using? This could be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate your third party plugins, clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.
