Same issue here. Updated the plugin and it is no longer saving the email address. I input the email address, hit Save, but it does not show up in the description nor does it retain the address when I go back into the settings.

Also getting the following three lines that appear then fade:

zip warning: No such file or directory
HMBKP_SUCCESSzip warning: No such file or directory
HMBKP_SUCCESS

I loaded “Infinity Cache” as a plugin in and that did the trick. I purged the cache once and since then have not had the issue come up every again.

I have the exact same problem with Transposh but not on such a frequent basis. I have a website https://www.roselleparknews.org and also use WP Engine. I will post on Transposh’s plugin Support but wanted to let you know you are not alone. It might have something to do with the language translations? because the first time it happens for me I see another language as a subdirectory and then it gets stuck. The problem goes away if I add a question mark after the website (ie. roselleparknews.org/?) but WP Engine has no way of setting that as a default.

Here is a rundown that resulted in giving me an “Exception Thrown” fatal error (Could not find class.photocrati_settings_manager_base.php)

1) I upgraded to Photocrati on my site from my previous version to 4.5.1

2) I then upgraded my WordPress from 3.5.1 to 3.6

3) I created a NextGen Gallery and added images successfully to add to Photocrati Gallery on a post.

4) Went to Add the NextGen gallery and the “Import Gallery” button would not work at all.

5) Added the images individually but the “Import” button would not work.

6) Went over to my plugins and deactivated all plugins.

7) Repeated step 5 but still would not allow to import.

8) Went to my plugins and try to only activate NextGen Gallary for Photocrati which was 2.0 and still “Exception Thrown”

9) Grabbed the 2.0.2 beta and uploaded it and removed 2.0 (downloaded to my drive just in case) and still the same error.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks again.

Many many thanks for all the work with TablePress and Table Reloaded. I came to ask the same thing but may have a suggestion and I do not know if you want to get together with that plugin’s author to combine this plugin into one GREAT plugin. I would absolutely pay to get that on my web site.

That author created an input directed calculator and made it so you could have them on the same row.

If you could incorporate that into your table, you would step up WordPress to the next level.

Just a suggestion.

If you can, create a php file which will independently confirm the version you are running. Use AlleyCode or NotePad and copy the following line:

<?php phpinfo() ?>

Save it as ‘version.php‘ then upload it to the root directory of your website. Use your browser and type “https://www.yourwebsitename.com/version.php“

You will get the actual version you are running. If it is under 5.2, contact your hosting company and ask them to upgrade you.

A workaround I performed was to actually create the thumbnails and upload them to the folder. It was a temporary fix until it can be properly addressed.

I think it is the poll plug-in. I removed it from my server and restored the database and it all came back up. Does anyone have any problems like this with WP-Polls?
