Dear i have been stumbling around to fix this issue. finally i found that the plugin uploaded on the wordpress site is not complete. So i would refer you to the original side of DynamicWP Contact Form. its url is https://www.dynamicwp.net/plugins/free-plugin-dynamicwp-contact-form/
Download it from here and if you got “direct access is not allowed error” then comment the last line in sendmail.php which is
die(“Direct access not allowed!”);
