In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Notice: Undefined variableSorry for the delay. If you haven’t already deleted the plugin and reinstalled, you might might want to try that. Make sure to back up your configured reminders of course, before removing and reinstalling.
I have not been able to duplicate that on my own test blog environment. It looks like values were removed from the wp_options table from your WP database, namely the “good_writer_checkify_options” field in that table. Not sure if you had run any kind of other wp plugins db management utilities. Not blaming others, it could be a rare bug in GWC I haven’t detected.

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Any plan to update the plugin ?The plugin hasn’t been updated, however I just recently tested it on 4.7, and it’s confirmed for that version.
The update date on the plugin page still shows an old date, and this is because there seems to be an issue with the svn repository not showing my update of the update version file. The current plugin available right now is tested on 4.7Forum: Plugins
In reply to: How to update your PluginYou can dismiss. It doesn’t seem to be updated yet, but not a prob, since it’s just a readme version number. I’ll leave a message on the forum to users that it’s tested for 4.7.

In reply to: [WP Attention Boxes] Doesn't do muchYou need to go to the bottom of the plugins settings page, for this plugin, and in the “For First Time Activation” box, click the “Prefill Defaults” button on the right side.

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Cool plugin, I would donate for current version…Can you specify what happened with it. Was it during the install itself, when you were in the plugins page and using the auto-install feature?

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Admin errorsI was unable to duplicate that, using WP 4.6.1.
Were you executing a particular action such as simply loading the GWC settings page, or adding/updating a new reminder item ?

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Any plan to update the plugin ?Yes, when I carve out time, I was going to update it with the simple ability to initialize the plugin with an initial set of reminders so that manually setting them is not necessary – but this will only help new users of GWC, just installing for the first time.

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Good Writer Checkify – CSS-Error and ErrorWarningWasn’t able to duplicate this, even on latest wordpress.
Pls make sure you didn’t inadvertently move the css directory that gets installed with this plugin, to another locationForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] How to move the ckeclist to the top?Hi, you’re welcome. I believe that wordpress is by default designed to let you do that on your own without the plugin providing that capability.
You can just drag and drop the meta box with your mouse.

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Bug: can't edit HTML items with double quotesHI, actually the check off items that you add to this plugin’s checklist, are only meant to serve as text-only visual reminders, not so much URLs.
When I have time I can see if there is a way to allow entering in URL’s

In reply to: What event or property to check for – Visual vs Text tabWoops, asked too soon, I found on this site:
var chtml= jQuery(‘#content-html’);

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] The plugin no longer worksHi, I’m glad it is still working for you. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to continue dev’t. Haven’t even tested on 4.0+, and I need to change the requirements from 2.7+ to 2.7 through 3 as far as being tested.
If any developers out there want to take this over, I can provide the credentials for the svn to continue development.

In reply to: Can't commit a File Delete from my Plugin directoryI know about the auth being the same between svn and the site login. But I continued getting:
www.remarpro.com login
Username: pythoPhpSteve
Password for ‘pythoPhpSteve’: ************
Authentication realm: <https://plugins.svn.www.remarpro.com:80> Use your www.remarpro.com loginIt continually told me that I’m doing things wrong, even though I was using the regular site login for www.remarpro.com.
So what I finally did, is just log out of www.remarpro.com, went back to login screen, and click “forget”. And when I got the new password emailed to me, and used that on SVN, wa-la, it worked.
I think my svn account just got stale, for some reason, and simply didn’t want to authenticate me, even though the same user/pass always worked for the site.
So, good to go

In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Anotheer vote for CPT SupportI’m just not sure I’ll be able to get to this, I’m sorry. I have so much on my plate including a f/t job, and doing needed consulting on the side for extra cash. I do see what you mean, the benefit of adding that capability.
The code for this plugin is open for another programmer to maybe take that on, however.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Good Writer Checkify] Separate checklists for different post types (CPT)I appreciate you suggesting that idea. I’ll add it to the ideas that I have planned for future updates.
