    Hi Nadia,

I just wanted to check if I still need to make the changes as per your most recent post or could I just upgrade to v2.1.7 to fix my issue?

    Hi Nadia,

I hope you can help me resolve my problem, and I hope you don’t mind me using the same support ticket but I’ve identified a further problem that appears to be with the ‘Enhanced Media Library’ plugin.

To confirm I’m using the following plugins:-

    1) Essentials Grid
    2) Lightbox Gallery
    3) Enhanced Media Library
    4) Gravity Forms

At the time I tested v2.1.3 to ensure Essentials Grid loaded correctly.
However I didn’t test the WordPress Lightbox Gallery.

I can confirm that when I click on a WordPress gallery item in a post the lightbox doesn’t function at all.

I was able to get the WordPress Lightbox to work by selecting the ‘Turn off enhanced gallery’ in your plugin.

If you require any further information please let me know.

    Regards
    SteveB

    Hi,

I can confirm we resolved by using a different file manager software.

    Hi – Further update,

When attempting to play an mp3 audio file on an iphone it played fine but the duration time showed NaN:NaN and resets after approx 2.5 min.
I understand this may be due to a Metadata problem

To try and resolve this we upgraded WordPress from v3.7.3 to v3.9.1 and this made things worse.

To confirm mp3 files are being uploaded to our streaming server powered by Pydio v5.2.3

Once we upgraded to WordPress v3.9.1 it worked fine using the latest version of IE and Safari but not on the latest version of Firefox and Chrome on a Windows machine. Clicking the Play button changed it to Pause but did not play

I can confirm that it worked fine using Firefox and Chrome on a Linux and Android device.

We then uploaded an mp3 audio file to a second website and then embedded this link into the original WordPress site and it worked fine, so there appears to be a conflict between WordPress 3.9.1 and Pydio v5.2.3

To confirm all is fine when using WordPress v3.7.3 with Pydio v5.2.3 except when using an iphone/ipad when the file re-plays after approx 2.5 mins and the player displays NaN:NaN for the duration time.

It would be great if someone could provide us with some guidance and investigate the problem we are experiencing.

I’ve also posted on the Pydio forum and Github for the mediaelement.js

    Regards

    Hi

Just checking if any one has any ideas why mp3 files are not playing correctly on mediaelement using iphone/ipad?
