Standard it is activated on every product, so it is vice versa -> If you dont want it on any item, you have to deactivate it ??
Please check you have enabled at the product screen in the admin panel on each product(!):
1. downloadable product
2. virtuell
3. set a download-limit
4. optional an expiry dateI think this is the mistake. And your customers must “buy” the product, If you give them the downloadlink without “buying”, my soft cannot detect, that the customer “bought” it, therefore it is downloadable…
Added in 1.2.0, please update and if something is not working, reopen this topic!
You have to set this download limit in woocommerce (limit and if necessary the expiry date), so after “purchasing” (works also on free products) only e.g. 1 download is allowed.
My plugin doesn’t set the amount of downloads, as written above, you have to set the amount of downloads at each product. My plugin only checks if the customer has “bought” (also free products) the software and if there are any downloads available.
Do you need more help?
Sorry for late reply. I will implement this feature! But it needs some time…
You are welcome, thx for reporting!
Cache Problem?
I renamed the php (old som-disable-repeat-download.php), you can try do deactivate the Plugin, remove it and reinstall it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce My Licences] Software Addon 1.7 is not supported as I see.I have updated – based on this plugin – my own plugin which can be found at woo-admin-licenses
Hi,
I cannot reproduce this error…
Ensure you leave the fields empty (=unlimited). What kind of woocommerce do you use? Do you use the software add-on?
