Thanks for reaching out. The number of subscribers you see on the dashboard “Total Subscribers” those are your current active subscribers. When you sent the notification, you had 13 subscribers, and when you checked 3 of them had unsubscribed. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, there are text limits for notifications.

Here are the general limits, although different browsers have different limits:

Title – 64 Characters

Message – 192 Characters

Notifications actually are shown outside the browser as they use the OS notification system to be displayed.
