On think I suspect is, Error is caused due to improper quotation mark due to copy/paste

Delete Quotation in the function.php for the above line and re-write it at both place in this echo line. This should resolve the issue.

Woocommerce version 2.6 has major changes in Shipping module.

You can change title “Return to Shop” in template file: /templates/cart/cart-empty.php

It means selected variation for a given product doesn’t exists. Just make sure there is enough stock available for each of variation programmed for the product. Please send “variations tab screenshot” from Product Edit mode to get better idea about your issue.
