In reply to: Plugins not installingSorry for the delay. In the comments on Themeforest for Volar theme by Freshface, it says
I just issued new version of Volar, where this should be fixed. Please update from WP Admin -> Updates
This is from 22 days ago.
The question asked was similar to yours about the 3 required plugins. There are a few and the reply is the same.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: Plugins not installingSometimes you need to unzip what you downloaded and see if there is another zip file in that folder with the same name. That would be the one you upload.
You may be trying to upload the package zip. Some of Themeforest’s plugins and themes download as a package that also have documentation in them.

In reply to: Index page instead of website. You seem to be missing your index.php file.
You can download wordpress package from www.remarpro.com and then just upload missing index.php file.
or just create your own. This is what it contains.
<?php /** * Front to the WordPress application. This file doesn't do anything, but loads * wp-blog-header.php which does and tells WordPress to load the theme. * * @package WordPress */ /** * Tells WordPress to load the WordPress theme and output it. * * @var bool */ define('WP_USE_THEMES', true); /** Loads the WordPress Environment and Template */ require('./wp-blog-header.php'); ?>
put this in text edit or notepad then save it as index.php and upload it to the public_html folder via FTP.
Hope this helps
Cheers!

In reply to: Problem during instalationHey guys! When you are installing make sure you put the correct DB info in and you don’t necessarily have to edit the config.php on your own. You will be prompted to add this info if you skip it.
The cool thing I find about the install process is if you mess up all you have to do is start over by just reloading the files.
So if your install didn’t work just dump the files and DB and start over. I suggest you run the Famous 5-Minute Install and skip step 3 and just let it prompt you to enter your DB info.
Hope this helps.
