It has all capabilities checked, I’m the only user and admin. Also tried creating another user, but the menu didn’t appear. ??

Still couldn’t get it to work. Already deactivated all plugins but WooCommerce and WooCommerce Customizer.

Did that, no success unfortunately. I don’t think I’m using WP Multisite. How can I check that? I looked at wp-config.php at it doesn’t have the Multisite line added.

My user is the admin. How can I add that permission?

Tried using /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc_customizer

Returned “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
