1. The refresh in WP-Portfolio just pulls the latest request from STW. I believe that it also requests an update that time, but it might take a second refresh (after some time to recapture the page) in order to get the latest image.
2. The delete issue is resolved in version 1.38

Everything appears to be working in our test environment.
Could you please provide a link to where the screenshots are supposed to display?
It might also be helpful if you opened a ticket in our support center, in case we need to take a look at your settings.
We will get to it as soon as possible.
All changes worked in testing, so we need test and evaluate.
Upgrade to 2.4 or go into your STW settings and select [thumb] legacy support instead of the newer [stwthumb] support.

In reply to: [ShrinkTheWeb (STW) Website Previews Plugin] Data from STW was empty.Yes, because changing the IP is what caused you to trigger our multiple accounts protection. Now, you must change your IP back, use the embedded method (copy/paste from STW dashboard), use the PHP binding to your dedicated IP, or upgrade to a paid account.

In reply to: [ShrinkTheWeb (STW) Website Previews Plugin] Data from STW was empty. All hosting uses “static” IPs, but you are hosting on a shared hosting plan. That means that other people share the server’s primary “shared” IP. Someone else has already reserved your current IP as a free account, which means that nobody else may use that IP for free.
This is done this way to prevent unlimited free accounts for a single user.

In reply to: [ShrinkTheWeb (STW) Website Previews Plugin] Data from STW was empty. This should’ve been marked as resolved.
Turns out that everything is working as expected but there was confusion about setting it as default. Once you upgrade to version 2.3 or later, then [stwthumb] will be the default and users will have to purposely select [thumb] in order to support the legacy shortcodes.

In reply to: [ShrinkTheWeb (STW) Website Previews Plugin] Change the shortcodeA new version was released to address this, but the developer misunderstood the request. Legacy [thumb] no longer works in the latest release of our plugin.
Therefore, it is best to wait for the next update.
Here is the support topic on the subject:
