In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce add to cart not working – (empty cart)we have not technically fixed the problem. We did a detailed review to determine if there were corrupt records in the DB, but it was not the reason.
We are analyzing the option to update MySQL on our server but we do not think that is the reason, although it does need an upgrade, this is a high capacity shared character server with more domains and we would have to take a long time to make sure that none will be affected. The main reason for discarding the MySQL version is that on this server we have another site exactly the same as the one that troubles us and it does not have any errors (this site was copied, giving rise to the site with problems). We insist that the DB upgrade is important but it would not be the reason since other sites with woo inside the server work perfectly.
The simple definition error is locked cache storage … something like that. The shopping cart is not updated, you cannot delete, add amounts, nothing.
We will try the following: Uninstall woo and delete all the tables from the DB corresponding to these tools, then we will reinstall woo generating the tables again. Finally we will import the products.

We hope you can find something to help us. We keep checking everything to find the problem.
We have replicated the error through the page, it still does not add products to the cart and does not allow to remove 1 product that has been in the cart for a long time but under no circumstances have we been able to delete or edit its quantity, nothing.

Very grateful for your response.
As we indicated previously, we have already carried out the process of deactivating plugins and changing the theme at least 3 times and it did not work … we have done it once more step by step as you indicate and it does not work. Along with this we consulted our hosting if there was any cache configuration that was influencing which was discarded.
It is a rather rare error and it has been difficult to solve … we have followed different guides for this error and nothing.
Please, if you can assist us with any other solution, we will be very grateful. We will return to the support of our hosting to insist once more if the solution is for this aspect.

As I pointed out when raising the problem … we performed all the tests of the theme, of other plugins and we also spoke with our host provider to review what you mentioned, according to him everything is ok at the host level

effectively this is what happens … you can add but later you can not edit, delete or simply permanently indicates the empty cart. We have tried all, theme changes, deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and the result is the same
