Hi @phrasewrite,
If you have added the thumbnails to each category, the image should be visible. Make sure the Thumbnails are enabled from the ‘Thumbnail Settings‘ of the shortcode. Check the screenshot.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you.
Hi @nhrz,
Thanks for contacting us.
We can see that you are using a customized version of the plugin. We suggest you remove the customized version and install the latest version of the plugin by downloading it from the plugin repository. Click here to download the latest version.
Before removing the customized version, make sure the option called ‘Clean-up Data on Deletion‘ is unchecked. Check the screenshot.
Installing the latest version will resolve the issue.

Hi @reggio1971,
Thanks for contacting us.
If you want to make the carousel full-width, you must enter the shortcode inside a full-width container. The shortcode will cover the entire area of the container. Currently, your website container is set to 1210px. The carousel covered the entire area of the container. Check the screenshot.
Also, the images in the carousel are not uniform. Some of the images are horizontal and some of them are vertical. The option to make the images equal in height is not available in the lite version of the plugin.
Hope these information will help you.
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [WP Tabs – Responsive Tabs and Custom Product Tabs] Include custom post type?Hi @mattwmc2001,
Thanks for contacting us.
Unfortunately, showing the post types is not possible using the lite version of the plugin. But if you are a Pro user of the plugin, you can contact us here to get the instructions to show custom post types.

Hi @gale13,
Sorry for the delayed response. We have checked the page link both in desktop and in mobile devices. The paragraph of the post is not visible on any of the carousels. Check the video.
We request you enable the paragraph or the post content to check the gap. Your understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated.

The WooCat Slider has the Elementor block which you can use to insert the carousels easily on the page. Insert the block into the page builder and select the shortcode you want to display. Check the screenshots: Screenshot One, and Screenshot Two.
Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

It would be better if you could share the product link with us. The latest version of the plugin should resolve the issue. If it persists, we suggest you add the following CSS to the custom CSS section of the plugin.
#wpgs-gallery.wcgs-woocommerce-product-gallery .wcgs-carousel {
max-width: 100%;
}If the issue persist after the plugin update, apply the css code. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you.
Hi @jvmd,
Thanks for contacting us. Hope you are doing great today!
We have identified that you have used some custom CSS on your theme to hide the thumbnail slider. Remove that CSS to show the thumbnails. Check the screenshot.
Hope this information will help you.
Have a nice day!
Hi @gale13,
Thanks for sharing the page link with us. We have noticed that the vertical gap is set to 60px for the carousels. To reduce the gap between the carousels, you can reduce the vertical gap from the Display Settings of the shortcodes. Check the screenshot.
Hope this information will help you.
Thank you.

Hi @galbaras,
Thanks for contacting us. Hope you are doing great today!
The lite version of the Real Testimonial doesn’t have the import functionality. You can try a import export plugin to export contents of a post type and import it to another post type.
Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.
Thank you.
