Exact same issue, another member had the same issue about a week ago. I suspect that something is off or Facebook changed something.

I have contacted the Mashare support by email. Tried their tutorial by deactivating the share count + using debug mode for more than 24 hours but issue remains.

I am getting the exact same issue with exact same messaging. My daily traffic is only about 300 people a day so I doubt that the limit would have been reached?

Same issue here. I haven’t posted in two weeks so not sure when it stopped counting the shares. I saw that yesterday when posting a new article on my blog after two weeks of inactivity.

Can you have a look and see if an update should be made? I was the first one to let you know that the plugin was not counting the shares anymore last time. (End of Augusta I believe when FB made changes)

Yes it took 5 hours and now it’s working yeah!

So can you explain why we need to use a token and why it had to be tied to our personal Facebook account? What if you don’t use Facebook? Or o mean you don’t have a Facebook account. Also, what are you doing with the information you get from our Facebook accounts?

So the design changed a bit since I entered the token. Icons are smaller and number of shares as well.

Now, It’s still not showing the shares but maybe I need to wait a bit? I have purged my cache. But nothing yet.

I believe only Facebook counts are being recorded. I tried to share my article on my own Twitter account but I can only see the share I made from my Facebook share. (I am using MashEngine)

I know you said you were working on a version including Twitter counts as well. Does that actually work? Doesn’t seem to work on my blog ??

That’s ok though. It’s not supposed to exist anymore anyway!
