I figured it out! Typical, just after I posted.
For anyone else trying to do it you need to edit the wpsocialite.php file (make a back up copy first).
Search for data-via then change this
data-via=”‘.$twitter_username.'”
to this
data-via=”OnlineTrainingH”
using your own Twitter handle between the double quotes of course.
